.
Over the past 13 years, over 1,700 players from across Ontario have benefit from our action-packed week of basketball training.

If you're serious about basketball, you've come to the right place.
 .

“The Watsa Basketball Camp is always an amazing experience.  I wouldn’t come back ten times in a row if it wasn’t!  This camp teaches you to be everything you can be, through the competition on and off the court, the inspiration Mano provides and the staff who make everything that much better.”
.
- Graham Helmes-Hayes, Waterloo, ON

“The Watsa Basketball Camp is by far the best basketball camp in the region!”
.
- Kevin Schumacher, Kitchener, ON

“The Watsa Basketball Camp has been great for learning lots about basketball.  I have learned things that I didn’t know before and I hope to improve upon them and use them this year.”

Here's what you can expect from your experience with us...

Improve Your Game

Each morning you'll hone your skills through our unique skill development stations. You'll learn to read your defender, pass creatively, handle the ball against pressure, attack the basket with the right finishing move, and get your shot off against quicker players.
.
Play Hard

Each afternoon you'll have the chance to put these new skills into practice in your league games.  During breaks from the court, you can relax and enjoy swimming, canoeing, beach volleyball and the climbing wall.  Each evening we're back on the court for competitions, coaches games and nightly all-star games.
.
Find Passion For Life

To start and finish each day, through inspiring messages from Mano, you'll be challenged to fulfull your purpose in life. You'll be inspired to live your life passionately with strong character and by a standard of excellence (through faith-based principles).

Why do so many campers come back year after year?
Although there are probably lots of different reasons campers come back to camp, we know one of the reasons campers return year after year is because of our coaches & counselors.  Not only is our camper to staff ratio an impressive 3:1 (90 campers and nearly 30 staff!) but our staff is a dynamic, enthusiastic team who are truly concerned about each player.
.
Camp Location
Hidden Acres is located a few minutes outside of New Hamburg, Ontario, which is approximately 1 hour & 30 minutes from Toronto, 30 minutes from Kitchener-Waterloo and 3 hours from the Windsor area. The facilities include two beautiful outdoor basketball courts, a dining hall, washroom & shower facilities, cabins, a climbing wall, a nature center and a pond.
