Success Stories
Scott has been a Power to Choose Sports Star since June 2002. His story is a unique one as he is the youngest full time team member in Power To Choose history. Scott managed to work his way into the line up even though he had never played on a school or club basketball team.
Due to sickness in his teenage years, Scott was never able to attain his basketball goals. But, upon regaining his health, he persevered with his dream. And despite his lack of experience, Scott quickly became one of the most sought after sports stars. His ball-handling tricks, dazzling dunks, and winning smile have delighted crowds across the country. In the four exhibition games Power to Choose played this year, against University and Semi-pro teams, Scott has led the team in scoring, averaging 17 points per game.
Scott is continuing his promising acting career as he has appeared in numerous television shows and music videos. He made his movie debut in Honey, which featured Jessica Alba and Lil’ Romeo. The film was released in 2003.
Scott is currently attending Ryerson University where he is a member of the men's varsity basketball team. Scott continues to travel with Power To Choose when his class schedule, basketball schedule and acting schedule permits him to do so.
